Mandatory defense - must be no more than 4 men on the L.O.S.
PAT - 1 Pt for Run, 2 Pt for Pass
2 defensive lineman opposite the tackles must be in a 3 pt stance
No defender over the center or in the A gaps
Exception to the rule: You can do a 6-2 Goal Line Defense when going for it on 4th down or inside the 10 yard line. This dos NOT apply if a team is punting(regular D alinment).
NO Blitzing or Delayed Blitzing at all, ever, even when inside the 10 yard line (NO Blitzing) EX of Delayed Blitzing - Child in sprinter stance before the ball is snapped.
All MLB (defenders inside tackel box) must be at 5 yards behind the LOS
All other defenders must align at least 4 yards back off the LOS and cannot cross it until the ball is snapped (no exceptions) even when ball is inside the 10 yard-line
Offense can never line up in an unbalanced line. NO tackle over, No TE over, No more than 3 men on the LOS to one side of the ball. Off the LOS anything goes within normal rules.
Manditory Kick off- there will be two kick offs per game to start the each half. After a score (in Quarters 1, 2, and 3), ball will be placed on the 35 yard line. At the start of Q4, after all scoring play, a standard kickoff/kick return will occur. At any point failure to put out a kickoff/kick return will result in a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty. The Slaughter rule supersedes this if in effect
Punting options: 1) team A can line up and punt the ball and all normal rules apply including fake punts.
2) team A can take a “walk off punt” which will advance the ball forward 25 yards from the LOS - never to exceed the opposing teams 20 yard line
3) run a normal 4th down play
